The Cajon Division Has a New Assistant Superintendent for California!
Lev Michaelian has accepted the position of Assistant Superintendent-California for the Cajon Division. This position has been vacant for quite some time. We wish him a hearty welcome to his new position! Thanks Lev!
Open Officer Positions
Cajon Division is looking for two candidates to fill recently vacated positions. One is for Chief Clerk, whose responsibilities are taking and publishing minutes of the monthly board meetings along with maintaining the Division By-Laws. The other position is Membership chair, whose responsibilities are sending out welcome emails to new members, recognizing continuing members and providing guidance to members for needing help in renewing their membership.

Already seven interested Model Railroaders located along the LA / Orange County Line have been meeting together. We have met at two of the members layouts, and have two more events on the calendar, one for May and one for June. It has been a blast getting to know each other and visiting some fantastic models. There is air in the brakes and the signal is green. This train is already out of the station and on its way! Yet, we still could use you. We have members from Paramount to Diamond Bar to Brea. Contact me if you are looking for a fun, informal, group, to talk and run, trains. LA and Cajon Division members are both welcome!
